We offer classes for all ages and skill levels, including boxing fundamentals, sparring, and conditioning.
BoxFit is our fitness class that combines boxing with functional strength and circuits for a high-energy and fun exercise class!
Our female boxing classes are aimed at teaching you the fundamentals of boxing and developing you as a boxer to get ready to set foot in the ring.
Beyond our group classes, we provide 1-1 or small group boxing sessions and personal training. Tailored specifically to your individual needs, these sessions begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals—be it enhancing your boxing technique, boosting your fitness levels or increasing your strength. Our dedicated coaches are committed to supporting you every step of the way, ensuring you achieve your objectives in a supportive and motivating environment.
There is no membership required at Bristol Girls Boxing Gym. We aim to make the class as accessible as possible for all. Our classes are only £5 per class or if you would like to train all week it is only £10! You can pay by card or cash, on a pay as you go basis.
